The Pop Shop Experience is an After School Program hosted here at One School of the Arts. It exists to help scholars who are interested in taking their acting, singing and dancing skills to the next level!

Your scholar's Pop Shop Experience will consist of working with Pop Shop teachers who have coached kids that appeared on American Idol, The Voice,  So You Think You Can Dance,  Broadway Tours  and movies like Unbroken with Angelina Jolie.  Just recently, one of them got signed by Sony records! If your kids love to sing, act and dance or if they are strong in one area but need to grow in another,  then this after school program is perfect for them.

Scholars will also work with the Pop Shop teachers  in an intensive environment to improve and expand their skills that will help them to compete and score in the annual LCS Festival and Fine Arts program this year (Click here for more LCS info). They will learn what the judges look for and find out what it takes to place and potentially make it to nationals. These awards are invaluable when applying to colleges and the experience will help your child to grow emotionally and socially as they train and perform with a team of their friends.

Should your scholar be interested in doing a performance on their own as a soloist, private lessons can also be purchased through Pop Shop. You can book 4 or 8 class sessions to ensure that your scholar receives the one on one training that they need to thrive as a solo performer. Contact Mr. Bailey directly by emailing him at dbailey@oneschool.net for information.

We are excited for the opportunity to have a positive and lasting impact on the lives of so many incredible kids through the Pop Shop and One School partnership.
