Elementary Field Day Friday, March 13th
On Friday, March 13th 2014, our OSOTA Elementary scholars will be participating in our annual Field Day. If you are available on the 13th to help us, we would greatly appreciate it! We are in need of volunteers for each activity. This will be a great opportunity to spend some quality time with your scholar in a fun environment.
The emphasis will be on partner participation, cooperation, and fun. There will be several outdoor activities for your scholars to participate in. Be sure to apply Sunblock & Bug Repellent at home and keep in mind that scholars will most likely get wet and very dirty! Here is a list of what to pack:
- Towel
- Change of clothes
- Snacks & lunch (or order a pizza lunch - normal lunch order procedure)
- Money for the bake sale & snow cones
If you would like to volunteer, please return the Field Day Parent Volunteer Form that was sent home with your scholar to their homeroom teacher by March 10th or fill out the online form. Family volunteers must arrive with students at 8:30 am and scholars may be signed out when the day's activities are completed.
Pick-Up times & Aftercare are the same.
