Scholar Spotlight: Jacob Gomez, Noah Kushner & David Rodriguez

OSOTA chess club players, Jacob Gomez (5th), Noah Kushner (5th) and David Rodriguez (7th) will be making their move December 4th -6th at the 2015 National United States Chess Federation Tournament in Orlando at Disney's Coronado Springs Resort.  They will be up against some of the best chess players from schools across the nation. It is with great pride that they represent their family at this tremendous event, including their dads who have played a big role in helping develop their chess game and their confidence. Jacob and David are bothUSCF ranked players, and play regularly through OSOTA ' S expanding chess program led by Rhonda Adorno and John Marin. As their One School of the Arts family, let us show our support and wish them well at Nationals!
