IMPORTANT CHANGES TO AFTER CARE PROGRAM

NEW After Care Locations & Staff : (STARTING Monday 10/12/15)

Kindergarten - 1st Grade : Room 304 with Ms. Joy Kinkopf

2nd Grade - 3rd Grade :  Room 107 with Ms. Donna King (M-Th)

4th Grade - 7th Grade : Room 106 with Ms. Teresa Moore

8th Grade - 11th Grade : Room 218 with Mr. Jay Moore

Note:  Ms. Allie and Ms. Alyssa will still be leading 2nd & 3rd Grade on Friday.
Ms. Allie and Ms. Alyssa will be supporting K - 3rd Grade (M-Th).

Scholar Playground Times:

Kindergarten - 1st Grade   5:00 - 5:20pm

2nd Grade - 3rd Grade   5:00 - 5:20pm

4th Grade - 7th Grade  4:40 - 5:00pm

8th Grade - 11th Grade   4:45 - 5:00pm

Grade Level Combination Times: (Classes condense as scholars get picked up.)

After 5:00PM,  4th - 11th Grade will combine in Room 106

After 5:00PM, K - 3rd will combine in Room 107

After 5:30PM, All scholars left will combine in Room 107        

How are they spending their time?

Playground Time (20-30 minutes)

Quiet Homework | Study Time

Activities surrounding arts, crafts, puzzles & games

Note: Scholars will be able to participate fully in playground and other activities provided homework time is productive and behavior is respectful.

Signing Out:

Parents sign out scholars with accurate Date & Time before leaving. Only Parents or authorized pickup person is allowed to sign out scholars.You may be asked for identification at any time when picking up your scholar.
